About Us

CareSouth is one of the largest providers of home care business services in the country. Through its large, integrated healthcare delivery system, CareSouth provides cost-saving services to its patients and business services clients across the country.

The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Augusta, Georgia, and include a large data processing and financial services center.

CareSouth has two principal operating divisions:

1. operation and management of home health agencies owned by the Company and its equity partner;
   
   and
   
   
2. management of and supply of business services to home health agencies owned by third parties.
