Ken Bell is the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for CareSouth.
Prior to joining CareSouth, Mr. Bell held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources - Southeast for United Healthcare. His previous experience also includes 23 years with The Travelers Insurance Company in various human resources positions in eight different office locations.
Mr. Bell's responsibilities include the areas of employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, staffing, succession planning, affirmative action and mergers and acquisitions.
He has a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in Political Science from Mississippi State University.
