Kelly Tripp
Vice President, Corporate Compliance
Kelly Tripp is the General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Compliance for CareSouth. She has been a part of the CareSouth legal department since May, 2001.
Ms. Tripp received her Bachelor's degree, with honors, from Miami University and her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
Ms. Tripp's responsibilities include the areas of compliance, risk management, contracting, leasing, incident reporting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as Certificate of Need acquisitions.
