Roberta Wilson joined CareSouth as Sr. Vice President of Clinical Services in February, 2009, bringing with her more than 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience in all aspects of organizational performance. Her responsibilities include clinical program development, performance improvement activities, and utilization review for owned and managed services and regulatory/accreditation activities.
Ms. Wilson's career with large multi-system, multi-state, rapid-growth organizations includes her role as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources for SouthernCare, Inc.; National Director of Regulatory Affairs for Tender Loving Care/Staff Builders; Director of Patient Care for Hospice of East Texas/Palliative Care Services; General Manager for IVTX and Regional Coordinator for Beverly Enterprises Home Health Division in Arlington, Texas.
Ms. Wilson holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Texas and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
