Walter Wright is the Vice President of Business Services for CareSouth. Mr. Wright has more than 20 years experience in home health care and has been with CareSouth since March, 1988. His oversight responsibilities at the Augusta corporate office include insurance verification, billing, collections and payment posting functions. Mr. Wright has been a part of several implementation committees including PPS and Horizon software. He is also involved in due diligence projects and is responsible for A/R analysis, validation of revenue and evaluation of back office processes.
During his tenure at CareSouth, Mr. Wright's accomplishments include lowering the cost of collections, reducing agency DSOs and electronic billing for the large commercial payors.
Mr. Wright has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Winthrop University.
