CareSouth is a great place to work. I say this because I truly believe in the quality of the service my company delivers. The top priority at CareSouth is the patient and keeping him or her healthy at home. There are many ways CareSouth rises to the challenge of not only saying that the patient comes first but also proving it. One of these ways is through our corporate culture of customer service - both internal and external. Customer service is so important. Lets face it, we've all been somewhere in the past, or maybe even today, where the customer service was either poor or non-existent. How does it make you feel? It makes me feel un-important and as if the company (whatever it may be) has a "we could take it or leave it" attitude about me patronizing their establishment and/or using their service. This is exaclty why I love CareSouth. When my loved ones need home health care I want them to feel important and I want them to know we care. Recently my granddad needed home health services and he chose CareSouth because of me. I was happy he chose CareSouth but what I was most proud of was his and my grandmother's feedback about the quality of our clinical staff. The Macon division truly made my grandparents feel important and the clinical staff made sure my granddad got the care he needed to recover at home from hip surgery. That's my CareSouth, a place where our patients get more customer service than any other home health company.
