• Disease process education
• Medication Management
• Pain assessment
• Exercise supervision and instruction
• Comprehensive home safety evaluation

Assist caregiver in:

• Mobilization therapies (massage, ROM exercies)
     - Heat/Cold therapy
     - Joint protection
       (Elastic bandages/ immobilizers)
     - Hydrotherapy
• Assist with adaptive equipment/ assistive devices
     - Recliners
     - Pillow support
     - Canes
     - Walkers
     - Scooters
• Diet Instruction
