Richmond, Va. – November 2, 2011 - CareSouth Health System Inc., the largest privately held home health services provider in Georgia, announced today that it has purchased Family Care, Incorporated of Virginia. The company is a Medicare certified provider of home health and personal care services with locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights, Virginia. The company will keep its Family Care name and retain its employees. The joint announcement was made today by Family Care CEO, Bonnie Gordon and CareSouth CEO and President, Rick Griffin.
