  Augusta, Ga. -  F. Stebin Horne III, has been named Executive Vice President of Corporate Growth Strategies and Legislative Affairs for CareSouth Homecare Professionals, the largest privately-held home health care provider in Georgia. Prior to joining CareSouth, Mr. Horne was a partner in Horne Law Group and President of Empire State Title Company.

  In this newly created position, Mr. Horne will be responsible for oversight and coordination of business development opportunities, partnerships, growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions.
